FIFA already disclosed that they allocated 1,303,601 tickets since they allocated tickets in September 2017. The restart of tickets sales started again from March 2018.
In the first draw, 735,168 was allotted, and 568 448 was distributed in the second selection. The second selection is related to payment, and this entire lot is allotted to Russian soccer fans and the fans from Colombia, Germany, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, USA, Australia, England, Argentina, England, and Poland.

How can one get the World Cup Tickets?
World Cup 2018 tickets are sold online on FIFA.com’s ticketing service. This online service began from September 2017.
FIFA earlier revealed that tickets would be sold not only in one phase but two phases and that will again be divided into two stages.
First Stage of Ticket Selling
For the viewer’s information, the initial stage was from September 14th to October 12th, 2017. Now the people who applied for the tickets received the tickets based on the selection lottery, and they were notified by 16th November 2017.
There is a perennial problem which is cropping up that the audiences as applicants are applying for the tickets without knowing which teams will be playing where on that very date.
In the second phase of the first stage the tickets were sold online from 16th – 28th November but in this phase, the procedure was first to come and first serve basis. Whatever tickets were remaining from the allocated bunch were sold during this phase.
Second Stage of Ticket selling
In the first phase of the Second stage, the tickets will be sold in the same pattern, but the audiences will now know who will play which game and where.
Soon After the World draw was over the ticket selection based on lottery began on 5th December and continued until 31st January 2018.
The second phase of stage two continued from 13th March to 3rd April 2018. And this selling would be based on first come first serve basis.
The last stage of tickets selling will also take place, and that will start from 18th April 2018 and will continue until 15th July. Even on the final day tickets will be available online. The soccer fans need not to be worried.
The tickets prices are split into four categories.
In the first, second and third categories, the tickets are available to the soccer fans across the globe online.
In the fourth category, tickets are sold to the local Russian soccer fans and there at more than 350000 tickets for the Russian audiences. Compared to other categories tickets the fourth category is the cheapest and the price ranges from 17 pound. Additional tickets are priced at 80 pounds.

Re-sale of the tickets
There will be no re-sale of the tickets. If anyone wants to re-sale the tickets, then one should go for the consent of FIFA, and once they approve and publish the ticket transfer or resale, then the sale would start.
If the audience or candidate is buying the ticket form anywhere except FIFA.com, then there would be a risk for getting no refund or getting forfeited if the audience decides to re-sale or transfer.
